Hey! Im from !
I must say, this is an adorable piece! I love the idea of these two animals’ friendship, and you were able to convey the feeling quite clearly through facial expressions! The background is also very well drawn, and you can see your own style of art taking place there.
Now, for some suggestions. Perhaps you could try to give the goat a more dynamic pose? Notice how the horse is moving its legs, and it looks to be alive, as if actually moving. Now, try the same with the goat! Perhaps try arching its back more, or putting into a new position entirely! You could also try having the hair on the horse’s tail move along with the horse. One problem Ive always had when drawing animals, or people is that I had a hard time drawing hair that seemed alive. (And Ill admit I still do) But, that doesnt mean I dont try! Everything about the picture must look as if it is ready to pop out, ready to jump out at the viewer. While your horse and goat may look alive, it wont be complete without any minor details, like the eye, mouth, or hair/fur!!
either way, this piece came together very well! The idea was conveyed clearly, and your art style really made this piece pop and stand out! Good job!
